How do I get to Camp Restore?
Please first book a group with us, and then…
If driving from the East (Slidell, LA) on I-10 towards New Orleans take I-510 toward Chalmette. Once on I-510, take the second exit, (Chef Hwy./US 90 West). After approximately 2 miles you will see Camp Restore on the right, located at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church - 9301 Chef Menteur Hwy (across from Dash Lumber).
If driving from the West (Baton Rouge, LA or after merging from I-55 South) toward New Orleans on I-10, pass the airport and take the I-610 bypass toward Slidell. Continue onto I-10 East toward Slidell. Take exit 240-B (Chef Hwy/US 90 East). Go approximately 2 miles. Camp Restore will be on the left, located at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church - 9301 Chef Menteur Hwy (across from Dash Lumber).
The camp is on the corner of Bundy Rd. and Chef Hwy. Our main gate is located at the rear of Prince of Peace church between the church and Peace Lake Towers, the six-story-tall retirement home next door.
